Return Window
You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange. Any requests made after this period will not be eligible
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
Product Condition: The product must be in new condition. This means the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original, undamaged packaging with all seals intact. We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used.
Proof of Purchase: You must provide an order number or proof of purchase.
Eligible Items: We accept returns and exchanges for both non-defective and defective products, provided they meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: To begin the process, please email our Customer Care team at info@earthslaundry.com with your order number and the reason for your return (e.g., non-defective return, exchange for another item, or defective product).
Receive Approval & Label: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and a link to download and print your return shipping label.
Package Your Return: Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Please include a copy of your proof of purchase inside the box.
Ship the Item: Attach the printed return label to your package and send it back to us by mail.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Non-Defective Products: For returns of non-defective products that are in new, unopened condition, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. A restocking fee of 20% of the product’s price will be deducted from your refund amount. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective Products: If a product is confirmed to be defective, you will receive a full refund, including any original shipping charges. The 20% restocking fee will not apply.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after it has been processed.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship out your requested exchange item.
The 20% restocking fee is waived for all eligible exchanges.
If there is a price difference between the exchanged items, we will either issue an invoice for the difference or process a partial refund accordingly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team at info@earthslaundry.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a full refund or sending a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Shipping
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and deducted from refunds. Use tracked shipping for items over $75, as receipt isn’t guaranteed.
Returns & Exchanges
We don’t accept returns. For defective items, email proof of purchase within 24 hours. Approved claims will be replaced.
