As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, we do not accept returns.
In case of defective or damaged goods, customers need to email us with proof of purchase within 24 hours after receiving the goods.
Once the damaged goods is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your package. If you are approved, then we will ship a new item.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@earthslaundry.com and send your item to: Unit 12 – 1200 Aerowood Drive, Mississauga, ON, L4W 2S7, Canada.
Shipping
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
